All of our programs include detailed form guides and video demonstrations. We recommend starting with "Waterfowl Endurance" if you're new to structured training, as it has the gentlest learning curve. More experienced athletes should start with "Backcountry Hunt Prep" or "Strength for Big Game."
Absolutely. Many hunters and anglers progress through multiple programs. Once you complete one, you can move to another program that builds on your new fitness level.
Most exercises use basic equipment: dumbbells, a pull-up bar, and a weighted backpack. Complete equipment lists are provided with each program. Many exercises can be adapted if you have limited resources.
